Landmarks

Evergreen Residences is just a short walk away from the Mogoşoaia Palace.

Famous for its architecture, it is a beautiful place to stroll, have a picnic or sit and admire the wonderful setting beside the lake.

Mogoşoaia Palace was built by Constantin Brâncoveanu - a famous Romanian Voivode. The Palace is an architectural monument having the façade dominated by traditional staircase balconies, and by the arcades and columns with capitals, specific to the Brancovenesque style. The Palace has also some Byzantine decorative features and adornments which join stylistic elements characteristic both of the Italian Renaissance and the Baroque.

The construction is now a popular tourist destination and presently houses The Brancovan Art Museum.
