Blackpearl Property has offices in Belfast, Northern Ireland and Bucharest, Romania from which it controls its development activities in Northern Ireland, Scotland, Romania, Austria and the Lebanon.
Additional operations are planned to be rolled out in Morocco and Moldova during 2009.
The core development team is supported by its associated company, Alchemy Development Management SRL, based in Bucharest and providing an extensive range of development services to both Blackpearl Property and third party clients.
